- Spotify keeps saying I have no internet connection, but other apps are working fine, Facebook, browser, reddit. I reinstalled the spotify app and now it won't even let my login because it says I have no internet connection.
- First, you need to wipe the data for the Spotify app, and then re login. Once this has done, it may take a few seconds for the app to recognise the Internet connection. If that fails to work, reinstall the app,.
The Android 11 update is out for a bunch of devices including the Pixel 2, Pixel 3, and Pixel 4 series.
While other OEMs are also working on the latest OS update, Pixel users have been facing strange issues with several apps like Spotify after the Android 11 update.
In fact, the Spotify app appears to be the most affected one as multiple users have been reporting on platforms like Twitter, Google Support, Reddit, and Spotify Community about the same.
A Google Pixel 4 user has stated that there are connectivity issues after updating to Android 11 as Spotify does not get connected to the internet.
Also, multiple users have reported that Spotify stops playing music once the device screen is locked while some reports even suggest that music keeps on playing even after the app is closed.

There are simply endless reports of stuttering, missing notification panel controls, and issues while connected to car stereos via Bluetooth.
Apart from that, users have also been stating that the issues persist even after restarting the device and reinstalling Spotify.
What is causing these issues is still unclear as no official announcements have been made on the matter yet.
There has been no acknowledgement of the issues from either Google or Spotify on a larger scale apart from some basic troubleshooting provided on an individual basis.
What is clear from user reports is that these issues have surfaced only after the Android 11 update.
Android 11 is a major OS update and we hope Google or Spotify soon address these issues on a wider scale as user experience is being impacted deeply.
